Stretch bad that goes around pole broke as I was placing on pole. Strings needed to tie safety net to springs missing.My son is obsessed with this trampoline. He uses it daily and I have lost count of how many times he goes in and out to jump. He brings balls, animals, etc in there to jump with him and there are no issues with sturdiness. Almost a year later and it is still like it is brand new! We were worried we wouldn't get our money's worth on this, but it was definitely worth every penny and we highly reccomend it! Just an FYI - this has been used inside only.It took me 3 hours to put it together and it’s not that easy. It took me about an hour to figure out how to put that circle together since there’s no markings on the legs and each has different length. I didn’t like the safety net or a protective floor cover .It was easy to install, it’s sturdy. But it was gifted to a little boy. So the female dog with a pink bow was a bit annoying.My kiddo loves this! The trampoline is great quality. The covers for the poles on the side have are easy for a toddler to rip off, but it’s a good idea. The balls that came with it flattened, the plastic isn’t very strong.Some parts I had to force to fit. Made a few of the holes biggerThe part that holds the netting on and the straps for the coil cover have already broken. 3 of the 6 straps for it have already broken and all of them for the coil cover have broken. So the two safety features of this item have broken. I would say that it is unsafe and if you are getting it for that to not purchase. All of the ones for the betting have broken when one of my kids was about to fall, making the fall worse. It’s definitely not worth the money at. I am very disappointed. We have followed all the instructions given and the weight limits. Definitely poor quality.My grandson loves this trampoline and has used it a lot since last year. He is now three years old. I need a replacement safety net for this. Where can I order one from?
